I'm happy to introduce my second attempt at my first monthly "Post"! Where all new picks and products, as well as "big news" will be released...

First, a big thank you to the "YouTubers", MrDeadPhish and Roo for broadcasting their opinion about being users of Brossard Picks. Remember, all videos posted get free picks, so if you feel inspired, just call or email me as soon as your video is posted and I will "Chop" and ship away your treats.

This Summer was no vacation at Brossard Picks. The workshop was moved to a new location with more space, making it possible to prepare for the high demand generated by stores looking forward to carrying Brossard Picks.

Now in production, the new "Holy Series", available by the piece or in a set of 3 (Bone, Ebony, Horn) with a pocket. The standard shaped Tulipwood, a recent addition, is also flying off the shelves. Look forward to the Brossard Picks guitar strap, holding 4 of your favorite picks.

I'm happy to introduce my first attempt at my second monthly "Post" where all new picks and products, as well as "big news" will be released...

A small collection of Guitar Pins are featured in a new category on the menu. I really like these pins. My favorite in series of the 5 available is the bone with the black ring and the Green Abalone (picture). I have only 10 of each model available as a trial period, so 1st come 1st served. The Strap end-pins will complete the collection after full approval of this series by my board of fine customers.

Now in production, the new Brossard Picks guitar strap. Holding 4 of your favorite picks, it is available on the Accessories Page.

Brossard Picks are "Now Playing" in your favorite Music Stores! If we are not yet available in your usual music store, make sure to remind them to check the Stores and Retailers page, or to call Chris 415-440-4100. Thank you to all the stores that have already signed up after only a few weeks.

I am now on Facebook as you might already know and you are more than welcome to get in there if you are not yet. You are also welcome to be a friend on MySpace, where bands and artists are Brossard Picks friends. A month rich in concerts and nice encounters...

Living Colour and Fishbone, courtesy of Vernon Reid, at the Regency Ballroom in San Francisco. We spent time together backstage during Fisbone sound check checking out some custom picks for him and Rocky George and had some interesting acoustic experiments with the tour bus...!
Carlos Santana. We were having a really late brunch at "Maria Maria, La Cantina" in Mill Valley, CA when out of the blue I realized that Carlos Santana was standing with some friends a few feet away. I took a Biz card and the beautiful Abalone necklace my girlfriend was wearing and walked up to him just to shake his hand. I was so honored to meet him, we just exchanged a few words and seemed he was nicely surprised with the Abalone pick. This totally rocked my day.
Not much in the new stuff department this month, the California Dream series is preparing for a comeback by popular demand. After over a year gone from the original collections the California Dream will be bringing back the "5 Custom Ebony" set. There are 50 sets available to existing customers only, these items will not be available officially for a few more weeks on the website.
